DONATIONS

Prospect Cemetery Association of Jamaica Village, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization. It is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(13) of the Internal Revenue Code, so that contributions to Prospect Cemetery Association are considered to be charitable donations and exempt from federal income taxation to the fullest extent of the law.

All contributions, large and small, are welcome. The Cemetery has many on-going needs in terms of general maintenance (landscaping, controlling vegetation, security), insurance, marker conservation, Chapel preservation, and programs.
